I have just purchased a PS2 mouse for my laptop, it does not work, i restarted and still no luck. its plug'n'play so should do so. I then tried it in my sisters laptop and it worked. but why wont it work in mine?
My sister has a PS2 mouse and i tried hers in my laptop and it worked, so whats going on and how can i solve it?

make sure no pins are bent. turn the computer off, push it in securely, then turn the computer on. if it doesnt work then, well its got me stumped
