Mobile processers (TK55 vs C2D 2310 mostly)

Are there any big downfalls or good points you can make about AMD or Intel mobile processors? Anything that makes on brand stand out?

I've been looking at some notebooks and most of my budgeted choices have a TK-55, TK-57,T2310, or T5250.

Also, how does Intels GMX3100 graphics chipset stand up to AMD's X1200?
