Mobility question

Hi everyone

I am based in Australia and run a small internet business from my home PC. I'm about to travel for the next 12 or so months and will require daily email access which is obviously not a problem.

I know that I can take a laptop to achieve this, but I was wondering if there are any other possibilities that might be (a) more original and (b) hold all information on a server so that I am safe if I lose my laptop.

Using a free web based mail service like gmail I could access (send/recieve) email for my business. I also use plaxo which holds all contact details online.

However, the one problem I can't seem to solve is folders. As you can imagine I have many folders setup in outlook which hold important emails, and history which I will also need to access during my time away. If I take a laptop I will be able to keep these folders, and keep using them.

If my laptop is lost/stolen, information not backed up will be lost.

So - is there any other device/service/website that can provide me with a mirror image of my current outlook express folders and allow me to access them remotely?

I would really appreciate any advice. Jack
