Mobo and Processor compatibility:Bios latest version

When assembling a new pc for a friend, the vendor gave me a replacement board (m4a78lt-m le), and when booting with my amd phenom II black edition x4 955

But when booting i got an error: "this processor is not compatible..."
BUT: when looking here it IS compatible and the bios is the latest version.

For some reason, the error stopped coming, maybe because i changed something.

But the real problem is that most programs like Furmax, dead space 2 and minecraft do not work. I don't know if it's due to the error from the processor or the video card drivers. I tried installilng the latest ones, but still no dice. (sometimes gives "loadlibrary failed with error 998: ongeldige toegang tot geheugenlocatie"
It's the ati radeon hd5770 (i found the drivers here)
also, on boot "catalyst control center monitoring has stopped working" appears after a fresh install

Complete specs:
os:Windows 7 64b home premium
mobo:m4a78lt-m le
processor: Amd phenom II black edition x4 955
graphics: Ati radeon 5770 (ASUS EAH5770)
ram:GeIL 4 GB DDR3-1333 Kit (2x2gb)
hdd:Samsung HD103SI 1 TB(Bulk, SpinPoint F2 Eco Green)

Thanks in advance!

edit: removing SmartDoctor solved the Furmax issue
edit2: after MANY reboots and downloads, i managed to use an old CCC with a new driver, what worked for now

When it seemed that everything was solved, it wasn't.

When rebooted, the drivers failed again... When they are installed again they work, but only until the next boot.

This is the weirdest problem i have ever had
