hello just want to ask my mobo was broken but i will be replacing it with the same model and brand i bought thru ebay but its a used mobo., do i need still to reinstal my os or not?

I don't believe so. Provided they are the exact same Board (and version, if applicable), you should be fine. You may need to reinstall the drivers, but probably not.
