dose anyone know of a good website offering of the mobo+cpu combo? or any good brands out there my budget is $100-$140USD shipped
 
You want a motherboard and a CPU for $100. I think you are going to have tough time finding one, unless you care less about speed and quality.
 
well can u reccomend me some decent price cpu's and mobo's? i just need 2.2ghz and up and as for the mobo ijust need something that can handle 2700-3200 ram and onboard vid card
 
check out pricewatch.com and search for motherboard/cpu combos, they had some Celeron and Sempron combos for a little over 100 bucks...that might interest you.
