Hi all.
I want to put together a real budget PC for watching videos and occasional video editing with ffmpeg. Don't need anything powerful, but I do have some old apps which run on Windows 7 (no higher). Just wondering if most modern boards and cpu's will allow me to run an older OS, or is this now something I must consider before ordering parts.
Thanks in advance
Mark
