Ok, so i cannot boot my computer at all nothing comes up on screen and the keyboard doesn't light up if I press num lock, caps etc. I have tried everything I can think of:
-took out the ram and replaced each card one by one and turned it on in between each replacement... no good
-replaced the graphics card ... no good
-took out the graphics card and cleaned it ... no good
-removed cleaned and replaced the processor... no good
- unplugged all of the peripherals leaving only the key board... no good
I also unplugged all the hard drives and cd drives but I still get the same problem, the fans spin up but there is no picture on screen. The motherboard is an msi k7 and was working fine not too long ago and now it doesn't.

I'm stumped!

i think the motherboard is dead then, since there are no post beeps, and you said that the fans run, so i doubt its the psu, get the mobo replaced, and if it doesn't work, try another psu

take out the little button cell battery on the motherboard for about a minute, then put it back in, then try to start it up
