turns out, my mobo is dead, im upgrading from a the mobo in my sig to a

hopefully THIS motherboard will stand up to my excessive overclocking needs and such.... question is, do you think i'd need to reinstall windows again? its only $10 more then my mobo, and im gonna RMA my mobo (30 day Newegg warrenty) and throw in the extra $10 for this mobo, buuuut, let me ask you this, what is THE best motherboard under $180, something that can overclock to hell and back and kick some serious ass

The Ultra-D version of the same motherboard (just without SLI enabled) had a world record for overclocking. The board you picked can definetly overclock and do it well. I run my Venice at +.73 GHz and very stable. I recommend it completely.
 
so the first one thats cheaper overclocks better then the second one thats more expensive?
