MOBO For E-8400

Im looking to upgrade my system and would like to know what a good mobo for under $175 that would be good for the 8400
 
i dont really like the ep35, the only difference is ddr3 support. but the dual pci-e version of the ds3l is great, while not costing too much more.
 
I actually just go the EP35C and E8400 combo. I like the board and it works well with the E8400. The board is set up nicely (aside from ATA socket placement) and seems to be running well. It also has the Dynamic Energy Saver option, which I personally like, especially paired with a lower wattage CPU like the E8400.
