+1 and the UD3H would be fine if you don't need the extra features.

Looking for ATX form factor. Can you please tell my why not the ASrock Z77 Extreme4?

Z77 Extreme4 has some issues with stability - ask the user 'Wolfeking' about that, he's had some really odd issues with his. The Gigabyte boards are usually better than ASRock too. There are cheaper GB boards if the UD5H is too expensive.

Okay, UD3H it is. I don't want the UD5H because it costs too much and the specs are very close to the UD3H.
