MOBO for my computer

Hi!
This is my computer:
1. GPU - Geforce GTX 680 Windforce III OC
2. CPU - Intel Core i7 2600K - 4,6 GHz OC
3. A sound card (don't know which yet)
4. 16 GB DDR3 RAM
5. CPU cooler - Noctua NH-D14
6. 4 fans.
7. 1 HDD and 1 SSD
What motherboard would you recommend to buy for a computer like this?

You can stay with P67 or Z68 if you like, but Z77 is newer. If you're spending all that money on that nice hardware, why cheap out on a motherboard? Not saying the P67 boards are bad boards.

So what benefits would I get if got the Z77 instead of P67?
I mean, that in Poland :D the diffrence in price between those two chipsets is really big.

Well Z77 runs cooler and has native USB 3.0 support, and it is faster than P67. Not sure if you're gonna be too fussed by any of that though? Have you looked for a Z68 board? The ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 is what I have, it's a fantastic board.

I think, that the Z68 higher price is mainly caused by the possibility to change the graphic processor. At first I was thinking about Asrock P67 Extreme 4 Gen3, Asus P8P67 or the ASUS Sabertooth P67 TUF rev 3.0, but I am not sure whether they would be able to handle such a computer.

Actually any one of those P67 boards you mentioned would be fine, I was just suggesting a newer and faster chipset. Z68 and Z77 both allow overclocking of both the CPU and GPU whereas P67 only allows overclocking of the CPU. I'd go for the Sabertooth Z77 if I had the choice between any of the ones you mentioned.

You just get more features and options available to you by going for a higher-end chipset.

If you can afford it, grab a Z68 or Z77 board, if not, then any of the P67 boards you mentioned will work just fine for you. :)

I just want to buy something that will not have too high temps after OC, it will work stably, won't decrease the performance of other components, and won't degrade the overclocked CPU after certain amount of time. I really don't care about the possibility of changing the GPU,

Just go for a P67 board then. I like the Sabertooth one myself, it's quite expensive though. The P8P67 PRO would be good.

I'd say it's a good board but I prefer the ASUS ones. The ASRock is probably cheaper though.
