mobo help please..

I just read over the stickies in most of the sections but i just have some questions. Im very new to all this and i found this ancient stone tablet called a computer that i want to upgrade. The computers a Packard Bell Multimedia L197 with max capable ram of 128 mb, that wont do!! Can i just buy any mobo and put it in, or does it have to be "specific"? again im new to this so dont bas to hard. Thanks. And i dunno if it matters, but the MOST i want this to do is counter strike, other than that its just a daily user for videos ad burning etc...

That computer uses a non-standard board, and probably a non-standard(or just older style AT) power supply. With the age of everything, you'd be much better off to just build a whole new machine.
