So im building a new rig and i have a few questions about a few motherboards.
For my rig i will be using an i7-930 which i plan to oc to around 4ghz (4ghz max) and dual 1G gtx460's which i also plan to oc. I've also settled on a WD SATA3 black caviar HDD but im unsure as to which mobo will be better.
Gigabyte GA-X58-UD3R - From newegg is seems this one doesnt support sata3 is this true? Also i hear it's cramped for sli?
ASUS Sabertooth- I've heard it's not as good for overclocking as the other two is this true? The main reason i have it on the list is its a cheap x58 board and it has a 5 yr warranty (last time my board faild 1yr after warranty)
ASUS p6x58d-e - This one seems like a decent board for ocing anyone use this board? Is there enough room for two 460's?
Any other boards i should be considering? My rig will be designed for mid-level gaming.
o also for the gfx card would i be better off going with a single radeon card as opposed to dual 460's? i hear sli is better than crossfire but single radeon cards are better than single nvidia for the price is this true?
