Mobo's compatibility with new case?

I've got an HP Pavilion elite, and the cooling in it just isn't cutting it. I'm looking to replace the case, and ONLY the case. Is this possible? Just to pull everything out of the Elite and put it all in a new case?

If so, another problem arises. My case opens on the right side, and the one I want opens on the left side. Would I have to get a new Mobo as well?

It will fit. The one you're looking at is a Full ATX case. It supports any full size/micro/mini ATX forms.

Well I mean, wouldn't my GPU and other ports that go on the back be facing the front of the computer?

Oh I see now. The fan in the case I want is high up, and the one in mine is down low. So I would just be flipping it, in a sense. Sorry for the silly question.
