Modem Cables

The cable that connects my modem to the phone jack in the wall got ripped the other day when moving furniture. Anyone know what kind of cable this is and where I can buy one? Also what kind of cables do I need if I wanna install a phone jack.
 
It's a standard phone line, RJ11. Where to get one? Best Buy, Circuit City, Walmart, Radio Shack, Big Lots, Dollar Tree... :P

As for cables to install a jack, what do you mean? Like an extension or an additional line/jack?

also whats the difference between an rj11 and a rj45
