About once a week will lose internet signal. Light goes orange on my Belkin 150 router. The modem(from Mediacom)is a RCA. All the lights are normal on the modem. Was told to unplug the router and modem,plug them back in and this should fix the problem.
On average have to do this 6-10 times for it to work. My question is when this happens what is the exact problem? Is it the modem,router or something else? Thanks!
