Molex 4-Pin to 3-Pin adaptors, can i now control fan speed?

if the fans are originally Molex 4-Pin and i get some Molex 4-Pin to 3-Pin adapters could i then control the fan speed?

No. If they are molex, they only have positive and ground. Your motherboard requires the RPM wire as well.

how hard is it to replace case fans that come with cases?

they are in there pretty tight, is it just a matter of screwing and unscrewing?

Depending on the case, but yes, it should just be a matter of unscrewing them.

Yeah, you just unscrew them off the side, the screws are over the metal fan cover too, they just come off when you unscrew them.

Best to unplug your fans and take the side panel off when doing it though.

Agreed, since most motherboards dont have enough 3-pin plugs for all your case fans.

I just bought a fan today and I got a 3 to 4 pin connector aswell, do you can get any fan and just get an adaptor.

If it claims that it can monitor fan speed, then it HAS to use 3-pin connectors.

and one last question, how does it monitor the CPU and SYS temp?

it comes with little thermal sticker detectors that you stick inside your computer to read temps.
