Mom did something now icons wont move to my second monitor.

I have no idea what my mom did but my icons can no longer go to my second screen, when i drag them over they appear on the right side of my other screen. Oh and the screen i'm trying to get them too is not my primary monitor.

Also on another note i banned her from my computer for life.
 
New symptom, when i enlarge the text in firefox the other screen mimics it even though their on two different websites.
 
Because it's not like she goes through and changes all your settings. Even if she did, she would know how to put it back to normal.

It's ok though, if you want to blame your mom for your mistakes, go for it :good:

Wow dude come on this is an internet forum, i'm not trying to blame anyone for my mistakes but when i let her use MY computer it was working fine and now it isn't so obliviously she had to have done something.
 
Think about it this way. Have you ever used your computer, and then had an unexpected problem arise? I'm sure if anything, it's coincidence.
 
download the newest driver and add the second display, if you are using ATI video cards you gotta update the whole catalyst software utility, which is why I ditched ATI on my current build

Well i guess, but i'd still like to know how she changed my facebook name by accident lol.

Well, if you just update the driver and not the catalyst software it breaks multiple displays. That is probably what you did. You probably updated your video card driver only (instead of the whole cataylst utility) and broke your second display. I did this myself when I only opted to upgrade the driver on my ATI card. It broke my TV out.
