Does anyone have pics of a computer inside a moniter? Or has anyone built a computer inside a crt moniter before?

If so post some picts:)

If you were going to make a case out of a monitor housing you would first have to strip all parts out of the inside. Generally only experienced techs trained for monitor service would see that done. Then the custom mounting of the board and power supply would be the next along with making precision openings in the housing for pci, usb, and other connections. Drive bays would see another set of openings made. Pc contests for custom mods would be a place to look where "anything goes" is the rule there.

I have everthing done all I wanted was some Ideas for decorating. Its really not that hard to take a crt apart... nor to build a computer, I have built many.

Look over some of the custom ideas seen at the vendors that sell gaming cases. Some of those get pretty "out there" at times. One article that may hold your attention deals with building your case the way "you want it" rather then tearing apart something not made for it.

"Build Your Own Custom PC Case" is the title seen at http://www.extremetech.com/article2/0,1558,1821103,00.asp?kc=ETRSS02129TX1K0000532

There's even a slide show at that same site for looking over some odd ones. http://www.extremetech.com/slideshow/0,1206,l=&s=26633&a=134083,00.asp
[You make sure you discharge a cap properly when taking a crt apart or you may find yourself being an ornament stuck in wall. A cap can hold a lethal charge depending the total capacity held.]

Someone went one step further when being outside of the box entirely.
