Monitor choice?

I'm looking for a 17" (no exceptions) monitor with a DVI-D input, 1280x1024 max resolution, a ~5ms response time, and a 4:3 viewing ratio from an exceptional retailer (Acer, Dell, HP, LG, etc.) at a decent price. I've been looking, but can't find anything that fits my needs. It would be a great help to me if I could get some help.
