monitor CPU Temps, and overclocking

I have an AMD Athlon 3200+, and with a gigabite K8NS Pro Mobo, I was wondering if there is a program anyone knows of that will allow me to monitor the temprature of My CPU. I know that I can find it by going into the bios and looking there, but I would like to check the temp while running windows. Also when I go into the bios, how would I overclock my CPU? it says something about my CPU Clock speed being 200MHz, would I just raise that?

I got speedfan now, thanks...the only thing m concerned with is temp1: 26 degrees, I guess thats the CPU? Temp2: 35 degrees, and temp3: 70 degrees. , it aso says fan3 is 0 rpms. I looked and all of my fans are running, including 5 case fans, does anyone know what would be 70 degrees? Other than that, everything seems to be fine

temp 3 - heatsink temp? my temp 3 is wierd too, it is generally high, and when the cpu temp decreases the temp 3 increases proportionally.

Are you sure? Seems high for CPU.
No im not sure but if there's anything else registering 76C ... lemme know what you think it is :P (and yes i think its quite high)

I know its not my CPU, because I can go to my bois, and check the temp where it specifically says CPU TEMP, and its always around 35 degrees to 42. And besides that, The warning buzzer for my CPU is set at 60 dergrees. So I would think that my CPU is one of the first 2 temp reading? right?

i thought it was the mobo temp, due to the fact that mine is quite high, and for no reason, as my cpu temp decreases, the temp3 increases. have you tried running a cpu intensive program eg. chess/boinc/prime95 to check? on a tab in speedfan on the right, there is a graph, select temp3 and cpu, and watch...
