Monitor Display Issue

I recently added a Dell E173FP monitor to my computer, and text on the screen is now difficult to read. (screenshot attached) From what I can tell, I've updated the monitor driver. Anyone know how I can correct this?

you might want to check the DPI

DPI is the dots per inch, basically, how close together your computer arranges each pixel on the screen. What OS are you using?

When I change the screen resolution from 128x 768 to 1280x 960, it fixes the problem, but the text is then too small...

If your DPI is 120, you might want to try lowering it to 96
