Monitor doesnt display anything

Hi,
I recently bought a new computer case and switch my motherboard over to the new case along with the other stuff. Now when I turn on the cpu it lights up and everything but i dont see anything in the monitor. I tried changing the monitor cable and last night i switch the monitors as well along with the cable but still shows "no signal".
what can i do to solve this issue

turn off your onboard video if you have one.

Did you put standoffs under the board and only under each hole, if so reset all your cards and cables

I think he means reseat (i.e. take the cards out and put them back in). You can also try clearing the CMOS. Are there any beeps at all? Does the system sound like it's booting normally?

Yea I meant reseat, plus I hope he put standoffs in the right places when he swaped cases!

The card is intergrated in the MB, is their any other way around it

When you changed cases did you plug in the case speaker, if so are you getting any beeps when you boot?

i pluged in the speakers but havent turned the on yet...so i can be sure about the beeps. supose if their is a been what can i do. do i have to buy a new video card

i bought a new video card too and tried it still nothing
