Using ECS A780GM-A Motherboard, i'm using the Onboard GPU of the motherboard, i play starcaft 2 very well even on a low Video Card Chip-set which is the ATI Radeon HD 3200. now i left my computer for 2 months, when I got back this Flicker came in. any Ideas? here's my specs.

Athlon x2 240
2GB RaM
Windows 7 Professional
550 Watt PSU

i have updated to my Latest CATALYST Drivers, and still the same problem occurs, is this the Effect of Failing Motherboard? or a Failing Monitor? Overheating of CPU? Failing Chipset?
Should I just buy a GPU to solve this problem?

any Ideas ? tell me thank you.

PS. any program I use, flicker appears. sing internet, streaming vids and stuff no problem.

Installing new drivers could have reset your vsync settings. In which case, you will get screen tearing (not a bad thing IMO)

Could be the VGA cable (the one with the blue ends) not in right, And could also be the power cord, not plugged in properly.
