I got a Packard Bell monitor and updated the driver on the website of Packard Bell.
I still only have an option of 2 colors and just the one setting for the display

Do these monitors just suck or what?
Unless the monitor is broken, color selection is determined by the video adaptor... you'll have to install drivers for that to get better color spectrum. Where to get drivers depends on the adapter
