Im will be buying a lcd monitor soon and have been looking into them- firstly, what makes a good monitor? Secondly- iv seen then say 8ms, 2ms, 26ms etc what is this? is a higher ms better than a lower, or a lower better than a higher? ( my budget is about £120)
