I have a gateway 450 with a matching monitor (ev700). About three months ago the display started gettin blue and red lines where apps and windows were on the screen....they would appear after minimizing and closing out...now they are there all the time but they jump around and dont stay in the same spot....they first appear when they get to the xp loading screen. I have tried the degauss feature on the monitor...what else can I do?
