Monitor "No signal detected" when plugs in new Desktop.

When you say you are using an APU does that mean integrated onboard graphics?
What are your computer specs?
It could be a setting in BIOS. I would use a standard VGA cable first. If BIOS has Intel Visualization go ahead and try disabling it. Also, you may have to turn on HDMI in your graphics card driver software. Again, use a VGA cable to view your screen then when all is done use the HDMI cable.

Okay, it is clear you don't know very much about computers. (No offense) BIOS is what boots first in your computer. It is the motherboard's firmware on ALL computers. There is even UEFI, a new type of BIOS. It looks like your motherboard is UEFI.
Try your VGA cable, now go into the graphics card's settings and see if there is an option for HDMI output. Then disconnect the VGA cable and try the HDMI cable.
What is the make and model of your graphics card? You can run an app called GPUz to find out if your not sure.

Unrelated to your computer but more to the monitor i bought one from logitech a year ago
that had mobo issued( the monitor)
when I plugged into the hdmi it broke the connection from the port to the motherboard
i had to wiggle it to get it to work, and after awhile it didn't at all and i had this same
exact warning pop-up on it
try researching that error and your monitor model and you might have found your problem
if it was bought at walmart they will take it back as long as you have the receipt, and if paid with a credit/debit card they can look up the purchase by your card.
