Monitor Not Working With GPU

I bought a Radeon R9270 graphics card but when I plug it in my motherboard and turn on my PC monitors don't show anything. Just a black screen. I tried connecting them to the motherboard and to the card still don't work.

My Pc: Inspiron 620

I also got a new power supply because my old one was 300W and this card need 500w so that shouldn't be the problem.

My Bios: A10
Anyone help?

I'm a dummy so if you know how to fix this I need a step by stem guide.

Is the card properly seated? Are all the cables properly seated? What type of cable are you using? Is it possible your screen is looking for DVI when it should be looking for HDMI or something similar? Try cycling through the Signal Input menu on your monitor.
 
I can only assume you don't have power connectors attached to the video card. They need to be in order for the card to work.
 
As John said, that card requires a 6-pin PCI-E power connector, do you have that connected?

My card is properly in, I have checked many times. One of my motinors is HDMI while other is VGA (I have a adapter to DVI)
And yes I tried changing the signal input.
