Monitor only shows signal in safe mode

I can't start my computer on normal mode, if I do my monitor goes herpaderp and shows me
No Signal
Going to sleep
but if I start in safe mode, my monitor works fine.. I have no idea why, the monitor is new as well.

also I reformatted my whole PC and installed the latest drivers for everything, etc. dunno if it has anything to do with it, but the problem started before the reformat.
 
hm... It is a blind guess, but start in safe mode and uninstall your graphics drivers and then restart in normal mode and see if it will start up. Sounds like your computer is using a resolution your monitor can not use.
 
well, just as I tried out the soulotion furyrose gave me, my PC monitor isn't showing me any signal, at all, I don't know what to do, I'm going to wait some time hopefully it would work tomorow and I'd be able to try it out
I think the res is the problem, but my screen is 23 inch, so just which res
should I pick? I always picked the rec one
 
If you get signal in safe mode but not in regular mode then its either a driver issue, resolution out of range or an incorrect refresh rate assigned. Uninstall the video driver and then boot in regular mode and install the latest driver from there and you should be fine. If your monitor has a default setting or able to reset back to factory then do so.

well right now my monitor isn't having signal when pressing the button to start up PC, gonna wait for now
