Monitor or hdtv?

I used to game on my 42inch Vizio allll the time, and i was happy as all hell. But after a good year of gaming on my pc playing my 360 just looks like crap. Think I would notice a difference hooking my 360 up to my monitor? I have a 25inch monitor.

I used to when i actually played it. Now going back to it, it just looks terrible. I don't mind playing on a smaller screen thats why I wanna no if it will look better before I go, and buy the cables.

I really don't think you'll see much of a difference. The reason the 360 seems to "look like crap" is that it's graphics system in no way competes with your PC's GTX 295. Personally, I'd rather play our 360 on my 42" LG LCD HDTV than on a tiny monitor.

playing on your htv will see better results and switching to your monitor will not look as good

I had the same problem.. I used to play my 360 on my 42'' 1080p TV, and it looked alright. I had to keep switching it from my tv to my hd monitor, since my tv gets used by others sometimes. In my expirience it was better on the tv. But when i started playing the same games on my pc, it looks 5x better. So i just sold my 360 and used that money to upgrade my pc some more
