monitor please help

this is the one and is says recommended resolution is 1440x900 and that is not in the windows settings on display anyway i got a 9200se i think too

it'll be fine. Anything below it will be fine.

Once you go over 1280x1024 for a screen resolution get out the magnifying glass to read any text. The max on the monitor here is 1280x1024 while the video card itself supports up to a max resolution of 2048x1536.
