monitor shadow.

i have an HP with a nvidia 6150 LE graphics card. i am using a viewsonic 20" monitor (Vx2035wm). i have the right resolution (1680X1050) but their is a light shadow that is showing up to the right of all text and windows. i also have a tv tuner box hooked up. how can i fix this shadow?

no i know its not burnt in... there is a shadow that follows the mout around. its like i have three mouse pointers but the bottom two are shadows.
