Well I looked at the monitor you picked out and people in reviews didn't really like the monitor a whole lot. So I wouldn't recommend that one. But I have two from you to choose from. One is just at the $200 limit but got great reviews. Second one is at $230 but comes with a mail in rebate for $200 and it's 20.1" instead of 19". Your choice.
 
that sceptre is what i have, and it's outstanding

the blacks are actually BLACK!

and it's so bright that i've had the brightness turned all the way down since i got it, or it was going to burn a hole through my retinas
 
I've had the Hanns G monitor since Xmas and I'd have to say I'm pretty impressed after using a Dell 17" LCD. Picture quality is much better and mine came with no dead pixels.

A friend of mine has the Sceptre one and wow...its purely amazing...very nice monitor 20.1",5ms,1000:1 contrast ratio,and at a solid price,he got his during christmas and i got to see it during our christmas lan we hold yearly aswell as see it every day almost as he lives up the road from me.That is one solid monitor...
 
ya, nobody believes me when i say it's nice until they see it for themselves

i just got it cause it was cheap, i wasn't expecting much, but i'm very pleased
