I'm interested in what people think about monitoring software. I've seen a few threads talking about this which have often been followed by comments from moderators quoting forum rules that state that we're not allowed to discuss keystroke recording software that secretly monitors others.
I've been looking at this kind of thing LINK REMOVED the aim being to monitor a specific employee who we suspect is violating a certain policy. I kind of see it that as they're using company property the company can then monitor how their equipment is used?
It seems quite a gray area, any thoughts?
