Monitors and watching cable tv

I was wondering if i could get a computor monitor that I can also hook up to a cable jack and watch tv. Is there a monitor that I can just switch inputs, from the CPU to cable? Where can I find ones like that and are there any other options? thanks

Thanks, would I just be able to get a regular LCD tv and hook it up using a DVI cable?
