I am looking for a decent monitor for gaming, but i dont really want to spend much more than $200. Is there really much difference from monitor to monitor, or is a lot of it just name brand price crap? Thanks.
 
its name brand and quality assurance. generally speaking most monitors are the same with variances only in size and resolution. but remember: you get what you paid for. if you buy a budget LCD you will get a budget LCD and all that comes with it. Read reviews and look around. it doenst take much more than a monkey to make an informed decision.
