So, the GTX 285 is going have smaller die size, higher default clocks and lower power comsuption.

GTX 295 will be dual GPU video card, it is two GTX 260 but with all stream processors unlocked (240 SP).

Both video cards are based on 55nm manfacturing process

You can check the benchmarks for GTX 295 from here

The GTX 295 will cost $499, which is just $10 more than the cheapest HD4870 X2 at newegg
However, the GTX 295 is supposed to perform better and consume less power

dude, try be funny somewhere else...

    I find this intresting...

I wanted to buy the 5870 for a while now, but i had to wait...

now, i might as well wait as ATI and nVidia are bringing out their new cards...

    More power to Nvidia..but

Our shop is an authorized dealer for ATI and I can't say too much but ATI has something new coming early next year that will keep them on top of the game...

    trust me..

i think its either mentioned in the article i posted above or in one of the comments for it. ATI is pretty much ahead of nvidia at this point. yeah, the release a card that competes with the 4870x2, but what, 5 months later by the time it hits the market. Then what, ATI releases their new card and pwns nvidia again

All I'm gonna say is competition is awesome...necessary..

    but..

I'd rather be on ATI team right now!

I am surprised Nvidia has allowed their deposition to go on this long, apparently they will hold the crown once again, but AMD/ATI is a force to be reckoned with now, there competition will always benefit us.
