hey guys
ive made a couple threads and since then ive gotten alot of help so thanks before hand.
my question today is this
when i put the fsb from 1600 to 1620 with a multiplier of 9.5 it doesnt boot up. and when i go to look at the CPU speed it says 1.8... now i have it back to where it was stable ill give u some pics

comp specs in sig :D
could you please look at the pics and tell me what settings to use to increase my CPU freq to about 4.0-4.1 here are the pics :D

Up your FSB to 421, then up the vcore/NB volts as necessary.

You may have to adjust RAM timings/voltage too.

Apparently you reached the max overclock for the stock Vcore. In the first screenshot you posted up, in the ''extreme tweaker'' page, take the CPU voltage to 1.25v. The VTT and PLL should be ok yet.

Set the ''FSB memory clock mode'' to UNLINKED, and then set ''actual MEM'' to 1600.

Then you can raise the FSB QDR to more than 1600.

Don't know if this will help, but here's a table that I kept when I had my E8500

MB, (Rampage Formula), is similar to your Striker so it may be of some help. I was able to run mine at about 3.7 with stock V core, (1.21V). You will have to start raising V core as you go over 3.8, then start bumping NB voltages as you pass 4.2.

IMO you can safely raise V core to 1.4V as long as you monitor CPU temps and maintain less than 70C under full load. At the upper limits, 4.4 - 4.5 I also had to watch NB temps even with a dedicated fan on the heatsink.
