No you can't, if i were you i, i would start looking for a new graphic card.

well im not a pc gamer.. i play the odd game here and there civ city rome...
i just want to get everything Vista has to offer... what should i get 128 ?

You mean your graphics card is 64-bit as in the GRAM interface or was that a typo and it should mean 64MB of memory? In any case, even the budget cards have 256Mb of memory, get a X300, that will handle EVERYTHING VISTA can throw at it and it can take light gaming too. Games like half life 2 run on medium with the X300, but then the Source engine is optimised for Ati cards, so that might not be a good indicator.

the ATI Radeon Xpress 200 is intergrated graphics (I think)..... (Built into the mobo) so realy to use Vista,s aero interface your best bet is getting a Graphics card because intergrated graphics are poor.

Really? will then its definitely 64-bit then because it uses system ram, and I think you can specify how much memory you reserve for it in the BIOs. Definitely get a stand alone graphics for Aero. I suggest the X300 or the 6200, they are fully cheap and can handle vista beautifully as well as light gaming.
