I was in the market for a new desktop and was going about putting together a parts list for a nice build, then my parents found some amazing deal on one retail, and while i'm happy about that, and that now Ive got a nice one, i would have rather it been custom, and i made it. The reasons for this range from me just now going into college, and knowing that computer tech advances realty quick, so i wanted to be in the position to upgrade different parts, or replace different parts as necessary, all the way to me just wanting to build one because i'm the biggest nerd i know, and these things make me happy.
So now that the back story is done.... the retail i have is a very nice computer link -- http://reviews.cnet.com/desktops/hp-pavilion-elite-e9120y/4505-3118_7-33698114.html --
I am looking see how difficult it would be to in the future install the hardware out of this into a custom case, or if i'm better off just dealing, and going along with what i got.
