Most import for gaming, DL or UL

well thats what i got from speedtest.net about my internet connection and

thats from anotehr site. So mainly my upload is about 1500+kb/s or about 190KB/s, which is better than some of my friends. Are those high enough speeds to have fluent gaming online, in like BF2

Ya, you should be able to game just fine. You could probably host too!
