"p4 processor 3.4 GHZ SOCKET 775 HT"
he dint put in product discriptions..ill ask the seller to comfirmation.

if it is then yes, its good to go. the ht is not part of the socket, it means hyperthreading, which means the processor acts as if it has 2 cores. whether it is ht or not, it will still work in the motherboard. but u may prefer the ht for performance reasons.

Only when the know what they are talking about and there confirmation matter. But sometimes it can just be post chasing
