This motherboard thing is going to drive me crazy. And what is the point of having 2 ethernat hook up on 1 mobo?

Well the decision for me is brutally simple ... the Gigabyte one simply because its not a Via chipset.

As for dual Ethernet ... tons of uses ... of course if you have to ask then you prolly wont really benifit from it (multiple networks, routing etc)

Go with the Gigabyte. They're more stable.

Praetor, what's wrong with VIA?
The letters V, I and A. There's also the K8T800[Pro] and K8T890 (not to mention the KT400, KT600 and KT880). The only time Via made seriously worthwhile chips was when the best nVidia has was the nForce3-150. With the advent of the nForce250/U, Via wasnt such a lovely choice anymore :)
