motherboard and ram

alright so I have a DX48BT2 intel motherboard and some 1066 mhz DDR3 2gb ram now I want to buy 2 additional gb of ram but as I see in our stores 1333mhz ram is cheaper than the 1066 now I want to know if its really a bad idea to buy the 2gb 1333mhz ram and put it in? will it work?

You can mix in the faster RAM, it will be clocked down to 1066 to match your other RAM.

Hi,
Decide a high-quality brand of memory like Corsair, OCZ, Patriot or Crucial.
You can look for tight timings CL4. CL4 is more expensive than CL5.
Choose over clock able memory if you hear of it.
