Motherboard choices????

Im ordering new parts soon and im still not sure what mobo to get.
im ordering a phenomII 965 and a ocz SSD for sure but not sure whether to get the new ASUS sabertooth 990fx am3+ or the Gigabyte 990 am3+ UD5

I plan on running multi GPU's at dual x16 and liquid cooling. i like the ASUS because of the troubleshoot lED's on the board and the AI suite and OC'ing utility. im not sure if gigabyte has the features and drivers to offer
 
I have the Gigabyte 990FX Am3+ UD3 and love it. I didn't want to spend the extra money for the UD5, but it would be really nice. However, I don't think it has the drivers you are looking for, but I may be mistaken.
