Motherboard died, should I upgrade?

It would really depend on the price of the GTX475
So if I go with AMD I should really consider sticking with an ATI GPU is what you are saying?
If thats the case then whichever ATI card is comparable to the GTX460 is fine with me. It will still be leaps and bounds above the 9500GT I have now.
If I have no plans of running Xfire tho is doesn't matter whether I go with Nvidia or ATI right?

There is a lot of information going around on the forums about the poor quality of OCZ DDR3 RAM. Have you experienced the contrary? OCZ made great DDR2 RAM but I hear their DDR3 was bad.
 
Well their cheaper ram is probably crap, but this is 1600 cas 7 ram which has to be binned much better therefore quality must be there. Plus, it still has lifetime warranty regardless.
