Motherboard died..?

Almost in tears as I'm typing this... I think The Blue Bastard finally died! I was plugging in my phone to sync it today and as I was plugging in the cord the PC instantly died. I re-seated all the cables, unplugged and plugged everything back in. I even tried disconnecting the front header then powering it on. Nothing. Deader then Harambe.

Before I go buying a replacement motherboard on eBay (I saw a few 890FXA-GD65's on there) is there a way I can repair my old one??!!

Never mind... just tried powering it on again and it actually worked. I think the USB port must have had a fuse and it reset.

Lol this thing just won't die will it?

I wouldn't use those USB ports anymore.

I assume they were the front panel ones you were talking about in other threads?

Yeah, front panel and I got an address label and wrote FRONT PORTS BAD DONT USE" and covered the ports with it so my family (hopefully) doesn't try to use them. Later I'm going to Best Buy and buying a USB hub card
