Motherboard for 6 SATA ports

I'm looking for the least expensive Motherboard to build a 2nd computer for an AMD CPU that has 6 SATA ports and at least 12 USP ports?

you mean USB right? The Crosshair V Formula Z is the only board I can find with 12 ports. Assuming you're talking about AM3+

Might consider an external USB hub. Can get one with a ridiculous amount of ports (@ a ridiculous $$$). or a cheaper one (like this> 12 port USB hub that allows reach port to be on or off. some have a 5v2a rapid charge port (powered ones). 2.0 & 3.0 flavors, your choice!
